Exercise: Roll-Up

  1. Lie flat on your back with arms extended behind your head.
  2. Inhale and bring your arms up.
  3. Exhale and slowly roll up, vertebra by vertebra, to a seated position.
  4. Inhale, reach forward, and then roll back down in a controlled manner.

💡 Tip: Move slowly and with control to maximize the impact!
